Pull&Bear sought to renew the audiovisual integration of its Oxford Street flagship to better reflect its digital-first identity. The goal was to enhance engagement across multiple floors while improving navigation and atmosphere. The challenge was to combine immersive LED technology, interactive retail solutions and spatial sound design into a unified system capable of delivering impact, consistency and long-term flexibility.
The Pull&Bear Oxford Street audiovisual integration was developed as a connected retail ecosystem where content, technology and space work together seamlessly. Large-format LED installations and a continuous three-wall banner above the checkout area create strong visual presence, while digital wayfinding improves circulation. Smart fitting rooms introduce real-time garment recognition, elevating interaction and strengthening the flagship experience.
